I have a problem with a feral animal. What do I do?
Animal Control offers traps for the removal of "ferrel" cats, opossums, and raccoons. Cats with known owners may not be trapped.
If you are in need of a trap please call Animal Control Dispatch at 912-525-2408 to be added to our trap list.
Please keep in mind that Animal Control has a limited number of traps and there could be a wait in excess of 30 days. However, if you are able to confine the animal in your own trap, Animal Control will respond and remove that animal the same day you call and notify us.
You may purchase traps at your local hardware/farm service store, or some pet stores.
