This form DOES NOT replace your continuous effort to find your animal. Visit often , at least every other day to see and/or identify if your animal eventually ends up in this facility. We are only required to hold animals for 5 (five) days! Our staff is extremely busy and does not have time to cross check these reports. It is your responsibility to continue the search for your animal!
